Here's a summation of the election

I don’t know what to think about this country anymore. It has never been clearer that a shadow government runs world policy while we sit and watch the marionettes dance in front of us. My faith in the democratic system is gone, and while it is a nice idea in theory, its time as an effective means of governing this country has passed. The federal government no longer belongs to the people, it belongs to itself, and it is out of our hands now. We created it, it grew stronger and wrestled control out of our hands, and now it’s time to put the monster down and start over. If we don’t, I’m fearful that the Reichstag will burn again, and Karl Rove Goebbels will lead us into to WW III under the guise of a “final solution” for ending terrorism. I have no trust left, our government has been hijacked and the people love the puppet show. So much so that they will gladly hand over total control to an entity that thrives only on its own power. The beast will continue to feed itself.
